Welcome to KPK Collection.

By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About KPK Collection

KPK Collection is an online multi-vendor marketplace that connects independent sellers (“Vendors”) with customers (“Users”).

KPK Collection itself does not manufacture products; it provides a digital platform for buying and selling.

2. Definitions

1. Platform: Website, mobile app, and related services of KPK Collection
2. User / Customer: Any person who browses or purchases from the platform
3. Vendor / Seller: Any individual or business selling products on the platform
4. Product: Any item listed for sale by a Vendor

SECTION A – CUSTOMER (USER) TERMS

3. User Eligibility

1. Users must be at least 18 years old
2. Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration
3. Fake accounts are strictly prohibited

4. Orders & Payments

1. All orders placed are subject to acceptance and availability
2. Prices are displayed by Vendors and may change without notice
3. Payments must be made using approved payment methods
4. KPK Collection is not responsible for bank or payment gateway delays

5. Product Information

1. Product images and descriptions are provided by Vendors
2. Actual product color, size, or packaging may vary slightly
3. KPK Collection does not guarantee the accuracy of Vendor listings

6. Delivery & Shipping

1. Delivery timelines depend on the Vendor and courier service
2. Delays due to weather, logistics, or force majeure are not our responsibility
3. Incorrect address provided by the User will be the User’s responsibility

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

1. Return and refund policies vary by Vendor
2. Refunds are only applicable if approved by the Vendor
3. Opened, used, or damaged items may not be eligible for return
4. Digital or perishable items may be non-refundable

8. User Responsibilities

Users agree NOT to:

1. Place fake or fraudulent orders
2. Abuse Vendors or delivery staff
3. Use the platform for illegal activities
4. Copy or misuse platform content

Violation may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

SECTION B – VENDOR (SELLER) TERMS

9. Vendor Registration

1. Vendors must provide valid business and personal information
2. KPK Collection may verify Vendor details at any time
3. Fake or misleading information will result in account termination

10. Product Quality & Authenticity

Vendors must ensure:

1. Products are original, authentic, and legal
2. No expired, damaged, fake, or prohibited items are sold
3. Food items must meet hygiene and safety standards
4. Accurate product descriptions and images

🚫 Strictly Prohibited Items:

1. Fake or counterfeit goods
2. Illegal, stolen, or banned items
3. Expired food or harmful products

11. Pricing & Stock Responsibility

1. Vendors are responsible for setting correct prices
2. Stock availability must be updated regularly
3. Orders must not be canceled due to fake stock listings

12. Order Fulfillment & Delivery

1. Vendors must process orders within the committed time
2. Secure and proper packaging is mandatory
3. Wrong, damaged, or low-quality deliveries are Vendor’s responsibility

13. Vendor Conduct

Vendors must NOT:

1. Deliver defective or low-quality products
2. Mislead customers
3. Contact customers outside the platform for personal gain
4. Manipulate reviews or ratings

Violation may lead to:

1. Penalties
2. Temporary suspension
3. Permanent account termination

14. Commission & Payments to Vendors

1. KPK Collection may charge commission or service fees
2. Payments will be released after order completion
3. Refunds may be adjusted from Vendor payouts

SECTION C – GENERAL TERMS

15. Intellectual Property

1. All logos, branding, content, and design belong to KPK Collection
2. Unauthorized copying or use is strictly prohibited

16. Account Suspension & Termination

KPK Collection reserves the right to:

1. Suspend or terminate any User or Vendor account
2. Remove any product or content without prior notice
3. Take legal action in case of fraud or abuse

17. Limitation of Liability

1. KPK Collection acts as a platform only
2. We are not responsible for disputes between Vendor and Customer
3. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

18. Indemnification

Users and Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless KPK Collection from any claims, losses, or damages arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these terms.

19. Privacy

Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how user data is collected and protected.

20. Force Majeure

KPK Collection shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, system failures, etc.).

21. Changes to Terms

1. KPK Collection reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time
2. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updated terms

22. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.
