Privacy Policy
How Yes handles the details you share when you shop.
Who this covers
This policy explains how Yes uses customer information on this online store. It is written for shoppers. The store name, phone and email below are filled from the seller’s profile, so they stay current when the seller edits the shop.
The store runs on KPK Collection. KPK Collection hosts the website. Yes decides what to sell and handles your order.
What we collect
When you place an order or create an account, the store receives the details needed to complete it: your name, phone number, delivery address, and the products you bought. If you sign in, the store also keeps the email on that account.
If you join the newsletter, the store keeps the email you submit so it can send offers. You can stop those emails from any message you receive.
The site also receives ordinary technical data such as browser type and pages viewed, so the store can keep the site working and understand which pages are used.
How it is used
Order details are used to confirm the purchase, pack it, deliver it, and answer questions about it. Account details are used to show your orders and to sign you in. Phone numbers are used so the store or the rider can reach you about a delivery.
The store does not sell your personal information. It does not use this page to collect card numbers.
Who else may see it
A courier receives the name, phone number and address required to deliver the parcel. A payment provider, when you pay online or by bank transfer, receives the payment reference needed to confirm the payment.
KPK Collection processes the information as the platform that runs the store, so the order can be saved and shown to the seller. Staff who need the order to fulfil it can see it. The store does not publish your order on the website.
How long it is kept
Order records are kept for as long as the store needs them for delivery, support, accounts and any legal record. You may ask the store to correct a phone number or address that is wrong. Some records of completed orders are retained even after a correction, so the store can show what was delivered.
Updates
When the seller changes the shop name, phone or email, this policy shows the new details the next time the page is opened. No separate privacy page has to be written for each store.
Open a store like Yes
KPK Collection gives sellers their own storefront. The registration form is the starting point. Once a seller adds a store name, phone and email, those details appear on this store’s policy pages automatically.
These pages are generated for Yes from the seller’s shop profile. They are a clear summary of how the store operates. They are not a substitute for advice from the seller’s own lawyer.
